I have a extra oil pump for my 84 190D that was stuck, the motor was stored outside with a hole in the oil pan. I took it apart and it was full of water and junk, I cleaned it and lubed it up and it moves good now. Taking apart is simple, just remove bolts, and I dont remember but there is a spring that I removed and cleaned and lubed. These things are built very well. Goodluck.
