Been getting issues with getting the car smog ready as everytime I take it to the smog shop it always states smog cyle not complete. Most of the time it's only 2 cycles complete. Ive driven the car several hundred miles already. I also cannot get obd reading on the odb port. Seems like it is not communicating. Anybody out there experienced these problems before? Any help would be appreciated.Thanks.
