In what mode are you operating the a/c, manual or full auto? If you are in full auto the a/c and blower will go on and off in relation to what the temp control wheel is set at and the actual interior temp of the cabin and will automatically cycle to maintain the set temp.In manual mode
( hi or low speed fan button pressed on) the blower will run continuously no matter what the temp wheel is set at.
