can't believe that the professionals can't remove glow plugs without breaking them. there is plenty of info in these forums on how to do it. secondly there is also info here on how to remove the broken ones without removing the head. sounds to me like you should introduce them to peackparts. i also feel that they should eat the cost.

as far as having anything done while it's down, unless you have low compression which i doubt just haveem put it back together
