Good thought Sixto. However, the pulley is dry inside. Today I replaced return line and clamps and the pressure line. Pressure line looked okay, but stiff. The return line was hard, almost inflexible and expanded waaay more than the replacement return hose I installed. I'll make a temp rubber gasket until I can get a legit replacement.

The problem with replacing multiple parts is that if you fix the problem, you aren't really sure what did the trick.
