There aren't many drains that allow water into the cabin unless you've got rust problems. The sunroof has drains, which come out in the holes under the chrome trim around the back doors, make sure those are clean. The other places that tend to leak water into the cabin are the front and rear windshield seals. Water on the floor in the front is usually a sign of the front windshield seal leaking.
