I just got through with my first oil change and was going to do the transmission fluid and filter tonight too, but before I got the drain nut (or what ever that contraption is called) on the transmission to finally break loose, the engine and transmission were too cold, so I'm waiting on another night.

I hope the torque converter doesn't take that much effort. The one on the transmission snapped loose just before the allen wrench was about to bend or break. I was using vice grips choked down on the end of the allen wrench for a cheater.

I made a mistake of not ordering the gasket with the filter, hoping I could re-use the old one. I've since learned that some of the old ones were cork. Now I'm scared to take the pan off until I order one.... I quess I will wait.
