Been there done that in a us made Blazer K
I gotta tell ya all, we did all those trails in a lift equiped but not too great tires (student budgets) circa late 60s early 70s blazer the kind where the top comes off and it becomes a converta truck. It was big and wide and sitting tall, we spun a lot of rubber it was a 4x4 caint recall the details but heck we tooled around them parts of UT real good. Yep we also did the stairway the fin etc. Do love them pics, we also saw some exh parts, pans etc along the way.
Golley I'd love a Gwagen for roughing it but I think I'll just wait and get the VW diesel toureg (sp?) with lockers and ets+ atleast it will give good mpg if not the tough ride of the G! Some folks drink theirs shaken straight.
Id love to see one of those 6wheel jobs with joy stick steering and articulated body on that trail! By the way yall did not get into the body on frame and unibody debate! Hey gang chill out, its great to be passionate but there is a fine line where it could be construed as SandM eh.
Happy trails G-peopele, M-people and the rest of us common folks! Keep those pics coming, show us the other folks on the trail as well (with their mounts) eh. We is all right so shake hand and get on with the planning for the next round-up. Dont worry be happy.
