Since I've owned it (December) when it's cold outside the throttle doesn't return to idle, usually hangs between 1000 and 1500 rpms. After the car warms up it works fine. I had my new mechanic lube the linkage but it didn't improve it at all. When it happens I've tried to pull up the pedal but it's not sticking
What's the next step?
