Wow, you spent a lot of money and didn't get to the source of the problem . . that of the wiring harness.
As porkface and Kestas suggested, you must . . . .
MUST replace it FIRST. . that in and of itself would have fixed your problems and saved you some $$$ b/c replacing the MAF, etc wouldn't have been needed.
The ETA's wiring harness (contained in the long pigtail) normally goes bad and needs to be re-wired and then, tested. Check Victor's web site for details on ETAs
