It's mail phishing. Even if you anonymize on CL, when you reply to a mail inquiry you're sending your address in the clear. I always disguise my phone number and tell interested buyers to call and we can discuss the item, or I include text in the ad to this effect: "If interested, reply to the email link above with your contact information and I'll call you." Serious buyers won't mind doing that. If they do, tough noogies.
