Fellas,

I have in the past owned MB diesels, and come from a family who has owned MB diesels also. I currently have a 2002 VW Jetta TDI and am very familiar on how to work on diesel vehicles. I do all my work myself, and research ways to maintain vehicles so that they last and give utmost reliability. I would like to get a 1999 E300D for my wife. Her current car is not physically worth the money we will have to put into it to keep it up to snuff. It's time to invest in a vehicle that will be safe, and reward with better FE while being easy to maintain. I would prefer to purchase a vehicle like this from folks who are like minded about maintenance as I am. Looking forward to hearing from You all!
