Sorry, but not gonna happen. I own both motors and there'd be no way to retrofit. M119 V-8 gets air from dead center, whereas the 300E M103 (I presume, unless you have a newer car) is a straight 6 with ther intake over on the driver's side. That big 6 is taller, too, so no room up on top.
