People work for corporations and people own corporations. I'm with Larry on this limited point. Corporations are not people in a literal sense, but you can't affect a corporation without also affecting its owners and employees. So, in that regard, I don't think Mitt was off base when he made his infamous, "Corporations are people, my friend," remark. The only problem with it was that he said it in such an annoying and condescending tone. The man is truly weak on people skills.

As for the Citizens United case, I haven't read it and have no idea whether it is correct. I wish the case hadn't happened, but that doesn't mean it is inconsistent with the Constitution.
