The color codes can't be determined from the VIN per se. You can enter the VIN into the EPC and get them. It's generally not necessary to have the full VIN. On occasion there will be a VIN split that requires the last six digits of the VIN. This is not one of those cases - all 126.024s with 702 upper have 176 lower.
