I can't comment on the coil(s) as I've never had a problem with a coil.
What other things have you checked, thus far. What state is the ignition is generally?
Why do you think rough running is a coil problem? There are many other issues that can cause roughness when warm, including many other ignition parts, fuel issues etc.
