1. Pull the carpet up in the junk holder under the armrest.
2. Remove the Phillips screw(s).
3. Tilt the piece the screws hold up.
4. Pull switches straight up.
I wouldn't suspect the switch until I fixed the faulty wiring going to the door switch. Have you repaired the wiring that goes to the rear window switches yet? If not how come?
