Based on what I read in the diagrams, I am pretty sure the answer is yes. But I am wondering if its "Safe" to bypass the lamp out module. Specifically I am planning to jump the fog light connection and leave the module in place. This is to test the module to see if its causing the fog light issue. If so, I will probably leave jumper in place. Obviously adequate gauge wire will be used.
