Nice find!

I keep a log in Excel. I columns for date, miles, what was done, and cost. Nothing fancy but it works.

I keep a much fancier MPG log though, calculating MPG, Highest, lowest, running averages, cost/mile, etc. Pretty interesting to watch the fuel price over time.
