Living up a canyon in Colorado, one of the worst things to encounter were the bike riders 2 and 3 wide riding up the hill.
Used to shift my old GMC diesel duelly into overdrive, bog the heck out of it, then, just when passing said idiots, clutch in and throttle down


Nice big cloud o' smoke, and the exhaust exited to the right too.
Nowadays with tailgaters I just pull aside and let them go. Helps clear out the coppers ahead of you.
