A quote from one of the commenters from the link:

"Your employer is your employer--- not your parent, not your spiritual advisor, not your ruler, or your jailer. As long as you do your job, your personal life is not your employer's business."

Because if it was, employers should stop paying health-coverage for people that eat unhealthy, smoke, don't exercise etc. etc. And I'm sure there are many more things employers would love to have a say in concerning our personal lives.

Stuff like this shows you how out of touch the republican party really is.
