Precisely. The process as outlined in COTUS does not empower the executive to overturn decisions rendered by judicial. Him stating that he would overturn the decision means he either does not know how our system of government works (hopefully this is the case) or he wants to change how it works (far more sinister)
Either way, he just continues to show how far out on the lunatic fringe he really is. and yet people keep voting for him in the caucuses.... inconceivable...
I just hope that he and Romney and The Newtster pound each other down and leave the door open for Paul.
