While driving in the UK - you have them zones called "average speed zones" in which multiple speed cameras measure your vehicle speed over a distance - say 1 mile - and if it calculates that your average speed to cover that distance is a little too quick - CHA CHING - TIKKIT.

similary they have yellow piggy banks (speed cameras) lined up on motorways (big highways) here sucking money from you, go upnorth somewhere on the M6 where it is tolled - and you are greeted with "flying piggy banks".. cameras on helicopters.

Some counties there have Mitsubishi Lancer EVO and Subaru Impreza STis for cop cars and those bunch know how to work a powerful car.
