I just posted my glowing affirmation about the K1 fix in the thread about 91 300e sudden trans flaring. If you haven't done the K1 fix yet, for the $10 investment in the part, it's worth the gamble. At minimum you eliminate that variable. As it was for me, at best, it not only fixes the problem it actually improves the shifting to what I imagine the tranny was like when it was new.
