Doesn't matter either way. Move them aside for those that are at least willing and able to learn. Should the lazy ones decide to re-visit education at some other date, let them resume. At least, at that point, while you have a 25 yo man in a class of 15 yo kids, you have a willing student who will not drag down everyone with his antics and make the teacher his glorified baby sitter.
