Does the window have some sort of metal frame at the bottom that is still in place? Is it possible that something is wedged between that and the door panel, preventing the window from moving?

Also, are you sure you have the entire regulator assembly out? On some vehicles it's hard to see what you're doing inside the door....

Is this a power or manual assembly?
