Once you get the car to Ohio the first thing you will have to do is go to the BMV and have an inspection. This is not an inspection of the car, but a verification of the VIN. It is a stupid @#$^#$% procedure. It is as if Ohio does not believe other states can get the VIN number correctly on the title. Years ago you had this done by a car dealer and the first time that I had it done proved what s stupid thing this is. The man wrote the VIN number incorrectly on the paper work. I went to the title office and presented the inspection certificate and South Carolina title.....first thing I was told was that the inspection did not match the title. Ohio has THE dumbest ***** when it comes to vehicles.
