They could never stand and work beneath a hanging load for obvious reasons. However, this was recently interpreted to mean that they cannot even attach a crane hook under the hanging load..........a process that takes not more than ten seconds.

What's the odds that the wire rope in the crane fails during that ten seconds?

BTW, the cranes are tested to 125% of full load rating every 30 days by the "crane man"...........his only job.

Those photos are an accident waiting to happen. When it does, there is going to be a lot of money paid out by somebody..........
