Has this transmission been improved , re: 1st & reverse band that fails too early in my opinion. And has this engine proven to be a sound power plant?
I'm referring to the single cam & twin cam straight 6 that has head gasket failures prematurely again in my opinion.
I'm going to move to a newer wagon from '95 E320 one that will exceed 200K miles with my tender care. Does such a wagon exist, besides a diesel?
I'd buy a '98 300 td wagon if I could ever find one for sale did they really sell them in usa? thanks for help
