Did you have any handling issues BEFORE the alignment was done? If not, take it back and have them recheck. If so, and the alignment did not solve the problem, then misalignment could have caused the tires to wear such that they will not track properly. Try swapping front/rear.

You could also have any of a multiple of worn parts in the steering, front or rear suspension which can cause this.
