Green calipers are easy to do!

In all honesty, I am getting tired of driving a modified car on a daily basis. Not going to lie - its a PITA. Need to watch out for potholes, cant really make it into driveways, getting stuck on speedbumps, and having to angle speedbumps so you dont rip your cats off. I am not really over having a modified car, but its pretty annoying.

I am not getting rid of anything I currently own and drive, just going to add this to the stable. Just want something nice and clean... And stock!

I am going to get a nice fresh coat of paint on this car, euro bumpers, euro lights, and a nice set of hubcaps . Just have a nice, clean, stock daily driver.
If you make a euro clone out of it, you should remove the "DIESEL" script on the right but leave on the "240D" script here it is; get a pair of orange corner eurospec tail lights, and finish it all off with a euro MB gooseneck trailer hitch and put on an international license plate that has a black "D" (for "Deutschland") on a white oval where the "DIESEL" script used to be,

and then, be prepared to really fall in love with the car.

Owning one of those old w123 diesels, is like being in a whole 'nother lifestye of Mercedes Benz driving.

You may find you really LIKE it !!!!

How many miles on the car?

They LAST!!!

Couple of years ago at the Diesel drive, at Smothers Mercedes Benz in Santa Rosa, back in March 2008, a pretty goodlooking young hippie girl username "Greasil" showed up in a 1978 3000D much like the one you are looking at, but it was a dirty looking one that my once have been Orient Red. (There are pic's of it on the archives relating to that Peach Parts Diesel drive. I know that because I was there myself as a gasser guest with my coupe and took some of them.)

And YOU were there!!

remember how we started out at the West Sacramento IKEA parking lot? You brought your diamond blue 1988 wagon!!

(Here are YOUR pic's of the Sacramento contingent before we started!):

She had paid only $900 for it recently.

And get this: It had over 565,000 miles on it.

You heard me.
