The problem was intermitent. I would open the hood and tap on the relay to get it to work again. That solution worked less and less until it just would not start again. I feel pretty good about the filter being clogged. I think I blew my new relay because I hooked it up to the clogged filter. Thanks for your help.

I would like to know how to jump the relay to se if it works.
