Will it go to the cause you stated or just a token sum? Reason I ask is that back a few years we had that "Tobacco Windfall" that was supposed to do just that. Do you remember what happened to the money?

I do have asthma too but I DO NOT welcome those well meaning laws. Reason? Quite often, that is how they start out. Much like they say about the road to hell being paved with good intentions.
