Help, Daughters Netbook computer has a trojan
TROJAN: svchost.exe(1036)

This is a win32 variant.

The computer is an acer ASPIRE ONE Netbook.

NOD32 anti-virus, and Malwarebytes are installed.

Assistance would be greatly appreciated.
