Not sure why they would let a vehicle out with "positive" front camber. Usually they provide a printout of before/after alignment.
The front should have somewhere around 1.5-1.6 negative camber with that suspension setup. I would take it to an independent alignment shop, but call them first to see if they deal with Mercedes regularly.
I have always had good luck calling the local Mercedes Benz indy-mechanic and asking them where they take their cars. If they can't bring the adjustment to factory spec, they should be able to tell you whats worn out. These cars are nothing special to align.
With that mileage though, I'm thinking front control arm bushings / ball joints off the top of my head...
