Just curious...what is a "K&N High Performance Intake Assembly"?? As I understood, K&N only makes filters for cars, and does only minimal other intake stuff on bikes.

As to the price, doesn't sound too outrageous but I'd echoe Lee's concerns. Does the owner have all of the original parts??

If all the parts come with the car, and the car's not been abused all of its life, should be a square deal (although I'd not offer over $40k...beat the guy up a bit)
