In that part of the world, I would think that you should be able to find many skilled acupuncturists, whose work will eclipse that of a masseuse.
I would imagine most clinics offer a combination of acupuncture and massage, but the massage would be delivered by someone who does not get involved in the happy ending kind of work.
Bottom line, see a healer, not a whore.
