I did verify today that the motor is changing speeds when I select low or high fan. And the air flow also changes velocity. Maybe it does just need cleaned out then and is being restricted. It does seem that the air flow reduction has been gradual since I got it 3 years ago. Could the regulator be bad if it still is changing speeds?
