It's been repainted and not nicely reassembled. Front&rear bumpers are out of alignment. Chrome trim on the rocker is missing. Paint job sucks (front view with open hood shows orange peel). Upholstry and dash is redone as well. It's probably more like a junkyard find, brought back to live.

In this area there are 'real good' auto body guys. They know how to bondo, sand and paint. Although, if is mechanically good, it may serve well for many years as a driver. In CA climate, that is.

Collector? No.

A 230 is a different body type.
Yes you are correct. the 230 is a compact.
I would run from any that age that have been repainted. ~ Mutton done up as lamb !!
