Man, that really sucks!

You have the license number, contact DMV directly and tell them. If you were in the car you probably have a civil claim against this POS for assault. I would also contact the district attorney and have them press a criminal case, this kid is on a bad road and needs help before he hurts or kills someone.

Leave the crease alone for now.
