If the switch is basically for the seat back, why not get a switch and the plactic piece from the rear door window lift, and install it to the front door panel?

I never change the head rest position, but maybe 2 switches side by side?

sometimes there are some extra slots for rocker switches where the sun roof/antenna switches are.

Just a thought.
