Best investment one can make is Porsche/Brembo. Porsche is just easier to replace pads, otherwise same brakes.
I'm hoping to run the 500E at the track in the next couple weeks to see how it behaves.

Apples to oranges comparison with the 911, but I change brake fluids approx every 4 track days (4x 25min sessions/day) depending on the weather since we run from 70-100+F. No matter what brand (Motul or ATE Super Blue). I do 10-12 track events per season. SS lines, Big Reds, Pagid Orange or Porsche street pads.
