Super Duper: My dad now says the car wont start, ie. battery drained again.

Radio was not on. Tele Aid light not on. Lights on dash go on, but not enough juice to turn over. The battery still looks like new, but should as it lives a rarified life under the back seat. Could this just be a battery on its way out? Is there a drain on the battery that is not shown?
