There is a thread in the forum somewhere which describes in very good detail the change in the wiring in going from US to Euro. I would detail the link for you but I don't have time to run the search - I printed it and it's in my garage at home. Once you find the thread, just do the wiring in reverse. Hopefully, you'll have the required plugs or you can get them from a parts source.

My question is why anyone would want to go BACK to US headlights from Euros!
