Tom,
The usual searches on that email come up with nothing.
There is no FB page of any person associated with it.
It is just a junk email some one has made for some reason.
If you are bored some time, make yourself a gmail at some free internet place that is not traced to you, then forward all the junk email you can find to the zst email via it. See if it generates a reply. Probably wont.
Any time you get one of those annoying pop ups, give it the zst email.
