Good idea! I'll have to see if I have any 120 grit sand paper. I had some 600 laying around so I started off with that.

I put the relay in my one 300SD it seems to work fine. The light mod seems to work as well.

Other than the contacts being beat up, I didnt see anything else wrong with the unit.
