That too(tensioner) will be replaced.
- so you are saying that a faulty tensioner would lead to slack thus making the chain slap on to the guiderails....which would cause them to break. Brilliant

but all 4 at the same time? Maybe one or a couple were already broken and we kept on driving it...then the rest just couldn't take it. And lastly, the rails down below are metal with rubber linings, right? If so, then we should be worried about them breaking anytime soon.
