That car has a "REAL" PCV valve.
If it becomes plugged over time, durning acceleration oil can pushed into the air intake system & coat the mass air flow sensor.

If that has happened, you will have those conditions.

Replacing the PCV valve & cleaning the intake system including the intercooler is required to stop that issue.
