Replacing Turbo 83 300D: which one?

A friend is repairing my 300D and apparently it needs a turbo. I have received word from a forum member that he has several available; I purchased trailing arms from him and he is trustworthy, although he's not sure which stock turbo will replace the one I have. Here is the convo I had with him. I'm interested in knowing which one to use. Thanks in advance!

"I have a selection of turbos, both the garrett and the KKK versions. All working and tight. Both rear regulators are tested and in good shape as well...

I send the rear regulators complete with motor for XXXX bucks and the Turbo usually bring about XXXX and come complete as well...

"I send along the pipes etc with the turbo, everything still connected. Just like it came off, make it simpler to put back on. The kkk is easier to adjust boost, Other than that, they perform the same, Not sure if there is any difference in the fit, so you may want to ask or get the same as you already have to make sure. The turbos are tight, meaning there is no shaft play etc. this means the bearings are good. They came off working cars and I ran them before I tore the cars down. The one exception is a kkk I got from Vstech from his 85 euro, but the turbo seems fine."
