basically, ALL employment other than self employment is voluntary endenture (slavery lite). companies exploit the need of people to survive by offering them compensation for their labor, but it is a form of slavery nonetheless. Read about how most early colonists got to America, see how abymally they were treated (as were the actual slaves) and you will understand better the true relationship between business & labor. endentured "servants" were lucky to survive their endentureship period and when they did, they were forced out towards the frontier in order to be able to eke a meager living.
